40 Days of Mindfulness

  • Join Amy for 40 days of Mindfulness based loosely off of Baron Baptiste’s 40 Day to Personal Revolution.
What This Program IsYou will spend 40 days in a row meditating, practicing yoga, going through personal inquiry and adjusting the way you eat, all with the support of a group. Group meetings will take place every week and will be centered around a weekly theme. There will be no physical practice involved, this will be mostly journaling and group discussion.
Who is this Program for? Anyone and everyone. Meditation, journaling, or yoga experience not required. This is for anyone looking to make positive changes in their lives.
Where:  Yogachelan Studio
When: Mondays 10:00 – 11:00 am beginning March 16, 2020, meets weekly on Mondays for 6 weeks.
Investment: $85 includes the 40 Days to Personal Revolution Book and weekly meetings.  Early bird $75 by 3/6. Please sign up early so that we can have a book for you on day 1.
***You are encouraged to attend yoga classes of your choice at the studio.  You are not required to come to yoga asana every single day in the studio BUT we do recommend you try to come to class at least twice per week.
