New students please print, complete, and bring Waiver with you to class.  Namaste' 


  • Power Yoga -Work your core, strength and balance on Saturdays.

  • Yin Yoga - Excellent for those who need to stretch. Meditation for the body.

  • Gentle-Sloga - Slow Gentle Yoga- Modifications for all your needs. This is your Beginners class.
  • Hot Yoga - Some yoga experience recommended.
