Yoga at the wineries is a wonderful way to prepare your senses for the true experience of wine tasting. When we practice yoga, it is about the journey. Noticing each breath, each movement, each connection as we journey toward a pose and then journey back from it. With this same awareness of the journey, we then taste wine. Really noticing its color, bouquet, flavor from the beginning to the end, and then how it lasts on the palette.
If you have never tried yoga, not to worry. Yoga encourages us to listen to our bodies and to move at our own pace with self kindness. Come breathe and enjoy the moment..
