This class gives Jessie an opportunity to hone her teaching skills as a new teacher. It is also a custom of Yogachelan for each new teacher to give back to the community in the form of teaching a series that is free to introduce the new teacher and to encourage our friends, family and neighbors to perhaps explore yoga for the first time.
This gentle Yoga class involves simple postures and movements combined with a meditative awareness. Attention is also given to breath awareness and acceptance of the current moment. This practice helps to slow down the racing mind and bring your body, mind and spirit into harmony. Suitable for all body types, high blood pressure and anxiety issues or just to relax from the stress of everyday life. 60 minutes.
