TRX Training

TRX is a functional movement class that utilizes a suspension trainer to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  The movements can be very challenging yet adaptable to all levels and in keeping with our yogic practice of mind, body, and spirit.

Classes will be limited to six people. If you have your own equipment and want to attend the class please text/call 206-818-2619.
Registration: You will need to preregister for class. Must cancel 8 hours prior to class time. No shows and late cancels will be charged to your pass. Must cancel 8 hours prior to class time.  A wait list will be available so watch for cancellations.
Class times:  Mondays beginning June 4 at 6:00 and/or 7:15.
