This Slow Flow level I vinyasa class gently connects one posture to the next in a way that the poses run smoothly together. The positions flow with the breath and the breath creates the flow.
A class that gives you the space to move as gently as you want or need or adding more intensity if you choose. After all, yoga is all about listening to our bodies and moving in our space.
