Mixed Level Yoga  is Yogachelan's yoga class that is geared for all levels of student.  Whether it's your first class or you are a dedicated yogi or yogini Mixed Level Yoga will give you the yoga experience you can enjoy.

Using modifications and options all poses can be suited for any individual.  Mixed Level Yoga allows the new student to learn poses and routines while providing a challenging strength building yoga routine for the intermediate or advanced student.

Saturday class This 60-75 minute class moves toward a Level II, III experience. Modifications still available for Level I students.
