Be Still Kids

Join Mary Ward Lupinacci, M.A. Mindful Learning Specialist and Owner of Be Still Kids, for some
end-of-summer fun and relaxation AND help your kids ease into the transition from summer to school year.

Kids will learn how to incorporate yoga and mindfulness into their daily routines by practicing
movement and breathing techniques that encourage mind/body/emotion connection, balance,
flexibility, and self-awareness. Activities are specifically designed to promote calm and focus,
relaxation and stress management, confidence, emotional regulation, and self-care. Each child
will create a Mindful Mover Care Pack to take home, filled with tips and tools for mindfulness at
home and school. Our kids’ classes are active and engaging, incorporating yoga and mindfulness,
creative arts, nature exploration, and social-emotional skill development. At Be Still Kids, we
believe all children can and should participate in healthy enrichment activities like yoga and
mindfulness, so it is our mission to provide inclusive programming for ALL learners and movers.
