Looking for a healthy enrichment activity to help your kids bring in the new season? Join Mary Ward Lupinacci, M.Al, Mindful Learning Specialist & Owner of Be Still Kids, for some fun and mindful Fall Fun! Kids will practice yoga, breathing, and meditation to increase strength, flexibility, balance, confidence, calm and focus, communication skills, empathy, and emotional regulation in an inclusive and engaging environment.

Mary Ward Lupinacci, M.A., is an award-winning educator and Mindful Learning Specialist with over 15 years experience in the field. Mary has worked as a Behavior Specialist, Special Education Teacher, and School Counselor in a variety of settings and locations, including San Diego, Boston, and Washington State. She holds an M.A. in School and Community Counseling, is a Certified Kids Yoga Instructor, and will earn a PhD in Cultural Studies and Social Thought in Education from Washington State University in 2018. She is currently Faculty in the Children’s Studies Department at Eastern Washington University where she develops and teaches courses such as Mindfulness and Alternative Practices for Working with Children, Inclusivity & Diversity in Learning Environments, Play & Playwork, Children’s Literature and Media, and Foundations of Children’s Studies. Mary has taught yoga and mindfulness to hundreds of kids and families all over the world, and is excited to bring her experiences and passion for mindful living and learning to your family!
