Hot Yoga


Sundays 9:30 - 11:00am

These 1 1/2 hour classes are done in the vinyasa flow style in a room temperature of 95-104 degrees plus humidity. These exhilarating classes concentrate on the movement and flow of positions and power poses. Some yoga experience in recommended. If you haven't tried Hot Yoga you can take it at your own pace and comfort level. Great for the skin and ridding the body of toxins.

Additional Information:

  • Bring water, a towel, dress in cool clothing (no long pants).
  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early to acclimate yourself.
  • We have room for only 10 students per class.
