Free Beginner Series

New to Yoga or need a refresher

Yogachelan is offering two four-class beginner yoga series to bring you the opportunity to explore the health benefits of yoga. There are many, many types of yoga. This series will give you a feeling for what type of yoga is best for you and that you will enjoy; resorative, gentle, seniors, vinyasa, power, etc.  Know this is an encouraging, non-competitve, non-judgemental environment. Come and explore!

Series 1Lotus
When:  January 14, 21, 28 and February 4
Day/Time:  Mondays @ 6:30pm

Series 2
When:  January 23, 30 and February 6, 13
Day/Time:  Wednesdays @ 7:00am

Other Information

  • You do not need to pre-register
  • Wear comfortable clothes. Tops that will stay put or tuck in. 
  • Avoid perfumes and noisy jewelry.
  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to the first class and at least 5 minutes before remaining classes.
  • Don't take yourself too seriously. Relax.
  • Ask questions.
