This series is for everyone that wants to grow their understanding of yoga.

This three class series will cover:
- The basic foundation postures and poses. How to move safely and work with your personal body type.
- Sun Salutation and modifications for your ability.
- Sanskrit basics.
- 8 Limbs of Yoga (philosophy)
- Types of Yoga
- Pranayama (breath)
Yoga is an inclusive practice of bringing the mind, body, and spirit together with a breath that intertwines them all.
There truly is no one that is not capable of yoga. If you breath you do yoga.
"Yoga is not about touching your toes" at all. Touching your toes has almost nothing to do with Yoga.
